& Policies
We accept MasterCard and Visa. A deposit of one nights stay is
required as a deposit.
Check-In is at 3:00pm and Check-Out is at 12:00pm. Please no
children under 10. This is a non-smoking facility. No pets
allowed.

Deposits
A deposit equal
to one night lodging is required at time of reservation. Your
balance due will be charges 14 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Deadline and Fees
Cancellations:
Reservations canceled 30 days or more prior to your arrival date
is fully refundable less a $50.00 service fee. If you should
cancel your reservation within less than 30 days of your
expected arrival, your payment will be refunded to you less a
$50.00 service fee if, and only if, the accommodation you
reserved is rebooked for the same dates. If it is not rebooked,
your entire payment is non-refundable. Refunds will be made by
check or credit card to your bankcard account. Sorry,
cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled arrival date are
non-refundable. Guest who chose to shorten their stay while in
residence are still subject to the cancellation policy and are
responsible for the balance due on their reservation. Check in:
3:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
La Casa Escondida B&B is a
non-smoking property
If you choose to smoke in the room, a $250.00 comprehensive fee
will be assessed.
Firearms and Fireworks
Under no circumstances are firearms or fireworks allowed on the
property. If there are instances that you must carry a firearm,
please notify management ahead of time.
Minimum and Maximum Stays
The minimum stay for a non holiday calendar day is two nights.
During a holiday the minimum stay is three nights. There is no
maximum stay depending on availability. |
